Eagan Child and Family Care is a Nurse Practitioner owned and operated primary care clinic. It was formed by the remaining staff and patients of Mendota Health, the first NP owned and operated clinic in Minnesota. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mendota Health closed its doors in May, 2005. The commitment and determination of the patients and staff helped renew the mission and purpose of a NP clinic which lead to the opening of Eagan Child and Family Care June 1, 2005.
Eagan Child and Family’s health care mission is three fold:
- Provide high quality care and collaborative management of health needs to our patients
- Offering resources to the community
- Educate health care professionals of the future
The providers of Eagan Child and Family Care are committed to providing health care services when they are needed. After hours calls are returned by Eagan Child and Family Care providers only.
