Eagan Child and Family Care is a Nurse Practitioner owned and operated primary care clinic and has been a city of Eagan fixture for the last 6+years at the corner of Diffley and Pilot Knob Road. They recently moved to a larger facility the corner of Cliff road and Highway 13 which borders Burnsville and Eagan.   “Our new location is easily accessible and offers the same great services, ” says Eagan and Child and Family co-owner Gretchen Moen. She continues, “We’d grown to love our old location but found that our size was becoming problematic for our patients and our staff” .

1. Head west on Co Rd 30/Diffley Rd toward Co Rd 31/Pilot Knob Rd 1.2mi
2. Turn left to merge onto I-35E S 0.8mi
3. Take exit 93 for Cliff Rd toward Dakota County 32 0.3mi
4. Slight right onto Cliff Rd/Co Rd 32 1.8mi
5. Turn right onto Horizon Dr - Destination will be on the left
